Biography

Mr. Gilles Jacquet serves as Head of Compliance at Vistra Holdings. He served as Director at Orangefield Trust. He is part of the Management and Director of Trust Corporate Services. Until the complete merger, he was the Head of Compliance for Orangefield Luxembourg and responsible for the daily management of Orangefield Luxembourg towards the local regulator. He began his career in Luxembourg as a junior auditor with Deloitte in 1990, then in 1992, He moved to the Fiduciary Grant Thornton as an Account Manager in charge of legal and accounting for international clients. In 1996, he joined ING Trust Luxembourg which company changed its name in 2007 into Orangefield Group and merged with Vistra in 2016. Since the year 2000, he has been a member of the Management team.
