Tom Wyman General Information

Biography

Mr. Tom Wyman serves as Board Member at Bitsbox. He served as Operating Partner at Building Ventures. In 2011, Tom joined Borealis Ventures as a Fund Advisor and has worked closely with the team evaluating and advising a number of investments. He is a mentor at Boulder's MergeLane startup accelerator, mentors at Boulder Startup Week, works closely with the Techstars community and has board seats and advises companies in the fields of VR, energy modeling, GIS, 3D, construction permitting, manufacturing software and edtech. As a member of the founding team of Borealis Ventures' portfolio company @Last Software (creator of SketchUp), Tom was responsible for revenue, partnerships and business development during which time revenue doubled for six consecutive years. In 2006 @Last Software was acquired by Google where Tom led channel sales and business development. In 2012 Tom moved with SketchUp to Trimble Navigation where he was Director of Business Development and managed international channels. He graduated with a BS in English from Willamette University.
