Biography

Mr. Steven Huang is a Founding Partner of HyGoal Capital. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer & Vice President at Gobi Ventures. He is the General Partner's CFO responsible for the financial and accounting aspects of the Fund's investment activities. He also takes the lead in financial due diligence on investment targets. Filippo is a qualified CPA in China and worked at Ernst & Young for five years. He is experienced in the Chinese accounting and taxation systems for both domestic and foreign investment enterprises. In addition to conducting regular audits, Filippo also led pre-IPO and M&A due diligence efforts in his accounting practice prior to joining Gobi.
