Biography

Mr. Kudiya served as Managing Partner at Nocos & Kudiya. He advised early-stage startup companies in forming and operating their businesses. His practice focuses on emerging and technology-oriented companies. Najeeb advised startups on corporate matters relating to entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, privacy policies, terms of service and negotiating terms sheets to obtain financing through private equity firms, angel investors and many notable venture capital firms based in Silicon Valley and across the United States. Najeeb had also served as lead counsel for the corporate restructuring for large companies which required the creating of new entities across several jurisdictions, and merging of subsidiaries both domestically and internationally. During his time at NKLLP, Najeeb had obtained diversified experience in providing expert counsel and directing company policy for numerous clients across a multitude of industries. Including but not limited to, mobile applications development, bio-medical and retail technology. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Communications, with a Minor in English at the University of Utah in 2002, Najeeb attended the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. Shortly after obtaining his Juris Doctor degree, Najeeb became certified as an NFL Agent and founded Elite Athletes International, a sports agency focused on representing NFL athletes in their contract negotiations. During his time at Elite Athletes International, Najeeb represented clients in contract negotiations with NFL teams such as the Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions. Najeeb is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the U.S. District Court of the Northern, Central and Eastern District of California. Najeeb is also a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Bay Area Muslim Lawyers Association.
