Matt Robinson General Information
Biography
Mr. Matt Robinson served as Director of Research and Analysis at BYU Cougar Capital. He spent this summer at USAA Real Estate Company, a private equity real estate firm based in San Antonio, TX with $12.5B in assets under management. While there he worked in both the Acquisitions and Development groups analyzing investment opportunities ranging between $30M and $400M in multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. During the first-year of his MBA, Matt worked at Peak Capital Partners in Provo, UT as a real estate analyst for multifamily investments ranging between $10M and $50M. Matt was at Goldman Sachs in their Operations Division for 3 years prior to his MBA. At Goldman Sachs, Matt operated as a project manager for a separate account platform that totaled nearly $100B in assets and he also managed the technology release protocol for over 60 Operations professionals. Matt graduated from Brigham Young University in 2010 with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
