Biography
Dr. Yuri Fedosov served as Senior Principal at GEN3 Partners. He has managed and led dozens of innovation projects for Fortune 500 companies including Ford Motors, Xerox, Clorox, and Alcoa. Before joining GEN3, Dr. Fedosov was a Naval Officer of the SU North Fleet and a Department Head at the Marine College of the Russian Navy where he was named Captain of the 1st Rank (Commodore). Dr. Fedosov is a member of the International TRIZ Association (MATRIZ) board, the Chairman of the MATRIZ Council on Expertise and Technology and the Chairman of St. Petersburg Innovation Technology Society. He is the author of over 20 patents and 100 published articles that cover topics ranging from TRIZ & VEA, to propulsion systems, to energy conservation, to hydrodynamics and soft- and hardware.
