Biography

Mr. Wayne Wolf is a Co-Owner and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Old Hickory Smokehouse. He previously served as the Chairman of Sentinel Holdings. He is responsible for stewarding business strategy, regulatory practices, resource development and capital investment activities. Prior to investing in OHS, he served at McDonald's Corporation as a corporate office for the world's largest restaurant company. During his 30+ tenure at McDonald's, he held responsibilities that encompassed Restaurant Operations, Supply Chain and Corporate Strategy assignments spanning the USA and international markets. He also served as President of an international software and technology services firm that was funded through the venture capital community. He has served on the boards of Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSC), McDonald's System Capital Corporation and Supplier Acceptance Corporation, EFS Network (a technology services company), Zerospace Solutions (a health care consultancy) and ESG, a security services contracting firm.
