Biography
Mr. Andrew Skinner serves as a Partner at NorthEdge Capital. He was promoted to Director, Head of Midlands in August 2020 having joined NorthEdge's Midlands office in 2016. He has been involved in the majority of the firm's deals in the Midlands including the sales of Bridge Farm, Jigsaw24, and Direct Healthcare Group. He also worked on MBOs of Orbis Protect, Phoebus Software, and the acquisition of Catalis Group and Correla. He currently sits on the board of SaaS business Pimberly and technology and data services business Correla. Beforeo joining NorthEdge, he worked as a Director in the deal team at PwC and as an Investment Director at Better Capital. During this time he was involved inseveralf successful private equity investments across a range of sectors, including business services, manufacturing, leisure, and technology. He holds a degree from York University.
