Biography

Mr. Koji Nishitani serves as President & Chief Executive Officer at Yukai Resort. Mr. Nishitani served as Operating Partner at Ant Capital Partners. He served as President & Chief Executive Officer at Honma Golf Company. He is known for leading HONMA's re-branding initiatives and developing their new customer segments. Prior to joining Ant Capital, he worked at RHJI (former Ripplewood Holdings) from 2007 and was engaged in operational and exit support activities for their portfolio companies. For four years from 2002, he worked at MISUMI (now MISUMI Group Inc.) and was responsible for the full-scale start-up of their China Department as an Executive and Divisional Director leading various management initiatives. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Nishitani worked at GE Equity, the private equity arm of General Electric Corporation, and was engaged in private equity investments and their portfolio company management. He started his career in 1990 at McKinsey, where he was involved in a variety of strategic consulting projects for global clients based in Japan, the U.S., and Korea. Mr. Nishitani received both his B.A. in Engineering Management and M.A. in System Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, and his Masters in Finance from the London Business School.
