Mr. Jeffrey To served as Partner at Citi Venture Capital International. He joined Citigroup's private equity area in 2000 in Hong Kong with a focus on China. Jeffrey was a M&A banker with Salomon Smith Barney before becoming a private equity professional and was a corporate finance banker at Citigroup prior to that. Jeffrey started his career with Deloitte, London before qualifying as a chartered accountant. Jeffrey graduated as a Mechanical Engineering degree holder from Imperial College and obtained his MBA at Warwick Business School. Jeffrey is also a CFA Charterholder.
