Biography

Mr. Christopher Bertrand served as Managing Director-Private Capital Group at MSD Private Capital. He joined MSD in 2019. Prior to joining MSD, he was a Principal at Court Square Capital where he worked primarily in the Industrial sector for approximately six years. Prior to Court Square, He was at Kohlberg, Kravis, & Roberts (KKR), where he focused on private equity investments in the Consumer Products and Energy sectors and worked as an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He has served on numerous Boards of Directors, including Auto Europe Group, Cadence Aerospace, Getaroom, and Kodiak Building Partners.
