Biography

Ms. Kristy Trieste serves as a Founding Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Motive Partners. She previously served as Chief Compliance Officer at the company. She is responsible for the financial management of the company and is a steward of the firm's investor capital. Using 20 years of financial expertise, she helps drive strategic business decisions and operational excellence. She was most recently a Managing Director of Finance and Operations at Corsair Capital, managing the fund accounting, reporting, and operations functions for the Corsair funds and the firm. This included operational deal execution, management reporting, and external reporting to limited partners. Prior to joining Corsair, she was an Associate in the Finance and Administration group within the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs. At Goldman Sachs, she primarily focused on the accounting, reporting, and operations of the Goldman Sachs Capital Partners funds. Before joining Goldman Sachs, she was an Assistant Vice President within the finance division of Corporate Investments at Deutsche Bank AG. She accounted for proprietary direct investments and private equity fund interests. She also worked at Ernst & Young LLP, leaving the firm as a Manager. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.An in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University.
