James O'Halloran General Information

Biography

Mr. James O'Halloran serves as Partner, Investment at InfraRed Capital Partners. He joined InfraRed in 1997. He is focused on originating infrastructure investments in Europe. Since 2010 he has led the successful acquisition of a number of social infrastructure investments for HICL in the health, custodial, education and defence sectors. He has been part of InfraRed's Infrastructure team for over ten years and in 2005/2006 was an integral part of the transaction team involved in structuring and establishing the HICL Infrastructure Company Limited IPO. He joined Charterhouse at the start of his career and has built up a wealth of knowledge from roles encompassing management accounting, financial control, portfolio analysis and management and investment origination.
