Biography

Mr. Justin Bentley serves as Head of Capital Markets & Partner at Shore Capital Partners. Mr. Bentley served as Director at Vista Credit Opportunities. He joined Vista in 2015. Prior to joining Vista, he was a Director at Madison Capital Funding, where he served in various capacities over his 10 years at the firm. Most recently, he focused on capital raising, fund structuring, CLO and separate account management, loan database construction, the credit assessment, and general marketing for the firm and asset class. He also has extensive experience with credit analysis and underwriting, modeling and model construction, portfolio account management, and legal negotiation, having executed and managed more than 50 middle market loan transactions. Prior to Madison, he worked at Cargill Investor Services as a derivatives analyst.
