Biography

Mr. David Sgro serves as Chief Executive Officer & Director at Legato Merger. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Harmony Merger and as Chairman & Chief Operating Officer at Allegro Merger. He also serves as Chairman & Chief Operating Officer at Senior Managing Director at Crescendo Partners & Chairman & Member of the Risk Committee at Hill International. He is a Director at Hill International. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Quartet Merger. Prior to joining Crescendo, he was an investment analyst at Brandes Investment Partners and a valuation analyst and investment banking associate at Management Planning / MPI Securities. He currently holds executive and/or board of directors positions with Pangea Logistics Solutions, Imvescor Restaurant Group, and BSM Technologies. He previously held executive and/or board of directors positions with COM DEV International; SAExploration Holdings; Primoris Services; Bridgewater Systems; Rhapsody Acquisition; Quartet Merger and Trio Merger. He earned a BS in Finance from The College of New Jersey in 1998, an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2005, and a CFA charter holder.
