Nalin Patel is a lead private capital research analyst at PitchBook, where he oversees a team of analysts covering private markets in the EMEA region. Prior to joining PitchBook, Nalin was an analyst at Goldman Sachs in London, conducting due diligence for investment banking transactions. Nalin’s coverage included the Merchant Banking Division and European Special Situations Group, where he focused on private equity, venture capital, and debt transactions, as well as investments in startups, real estate, technology, and growth capital.
Nalin received a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Bristol. He is based in PitchBook’s London office.

Navina Rajan is a senior research analyst at PitchBook, covering both VC and PE markets in Europe. Prior to Pitchbook, she was a lead equity research analyst at Morgan Stanley for four years where she covered single stock and thematic research over the chemicals, internet, and food retail sectors.
Navina received a first-class bachelor’s degree in economics from Warwick University. She is based in PitchBook’s London office.

Folake Shasanya is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, leading venture capital coordination for the Innovation Economy EMEA Team. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Folake was a Managing Director at Silicon Valley Bank, where she led the Venture Capital Relationship team and served as Head of New and Strategic Channels. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, she established the fintech warehouse financing business. Prior to her tenure at Silicon Valley Bank, Folake held leadership roles at Credit Suisse, NatWest Markets, and AFME, where she spearheaded structured finance solutions. A prominent figure in the innovation economy ecosystem, Folake has developed initiatives to provide capital, knowledge, and networks to overlooked founders. Her efforts have strengthened relationships across investors, ecosystem builders, tech corporates, and government entities. Folake holds a postgraduate degree in financial mathematics from Bayes Business School and a bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering from City University of London.
