Hiring managers, recruiters and others involved in the hiring process glean information about job seekers’ histories and qualifications through their resumes. It can be helpful, though, to have data that reinforces candidates’ experiences and illuminates their past roles in greater detail.
For example, how successful was the fund they managed? How quickly were they able to grow their business? What is their full deal history? Which industry do they have the most experience in? Clients can use PitchBook as a resource to gain a deeper perspective on a candidate’s place in the industry, helping teams feel more confident in their hiring decisions.
