immediately, the new European headquarters will be led by 10-year industry veteran and current
Managing Director of Sales, Douglas A. Trafelet. Backed by Trafelet’s expertise, the London office
will focus on sales and business development, which includes building PitchBook’s EMEA team and
growing partnerships with ACG UK and other organizations across Europe.
Trafelet, who has extensive experience in business development and sales in London, joins
PitchBook after spending a decade with expert network provider, Coleman Research, where he was
most recently Managing Director, Head of International Sales in London. He has proven to
continually and successfully develop businesses into strong market-leading positions with a promise
to do the same for PitchBook. His immediate plans include establishing client relations, growing
business in the region, generating greater awareness, education and excitement around the
PitchBook Platform and building a strong team to represent PitchBook in Europe.
