Accepted Payment Methods
PitchBook accepts payment by wire, ACH, check, and all major credit cards (credit card payments are only accepted for invoices less than $100,000.00). Payment information can be found at the bottom of your invoice.
You can set up credit card autopay through the Consumer Biller Gateway (CBG) payment portal. For any additional payment questions, we can be reached by calling +1(206)388-2698. Please have your invoice number ready.
To Request a Copy of Your Invoice
Automated invoice notices are sent out at the time of billing to the email listed on your PitchBook contract. If you would like another copy of your invoice, you can always access the link in this notification. If that is not available, please email your request to [email protected]
