  • James Ulan is the director of industry and technology research at PitchBook. Prior to joining PitchBook, he worked as an equity research analyst at Credit Suisse on the number-one-ranked Institutional Investor consumer finance team, where he analyzed consumer lenders, digital banking and fintech.

    Ulan holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, magna cum laude, and attended the University of Maryland College Park, where he majored in Economics and Criminal Justice.
  • Rohan is one of the co-founders of Keye, which is building an AI due diligence tool for private equity. Before Keye, he was the Director of Investment Banking at Natixis CIB Americas. He attended the Wharton School of Finance for an MBA and did undergraduate studies at the University of Mumbai.
  • Mamal Amini is the founder of GovernGPT, an AI powered tool for investor relations professionals in private equity and public equities and fixed income. GovernGPT empowers IR professionals to quickly complete due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals at high quality and accuracy. Mamal is an AI and ML scientist having previously worked at Mila, the Quebec Artificial Intelligence Insitite.
  • Esther is the CEO and co-founder of SmartEsq, which provides AI legal tools for for PE fund creation and management. Before co-founding SmartEsq, Esther was a partner at Paul Hastings where she managed private equity fund formation with a focus on primary fundraising and secondary transactions. She also served as a partner at Goodwin as well as Kirkland and Ellis LLP. Esther has a J.D. from New York University Law School.
