What can the Support team help me with?

Our Support team is ready to assist with anything that you need. For example, the Support team can help:

  • Show you where you can find specific data points on the platform
  • Curate screeners according to your stated criteria and goals
  • Help refine an existing screener using our expertise and knowledge of best practices
  • Find formulas for the PitchBook Excel plugin
  • Troubleshoot technical product issues
  • Run personalized training and demos on PitchBook tools

If you have a more nuanced question, our team can create a custom project to answer it. Custom projects can help you pull information that isn’t as easily sourced in a screener. Examples include finding:

  • What US companies changed their HQ location and were female-founded
  • Companies within the same industries as a client’s portfolio that have ESG data
  • A count of patents by company name sourced using patent keywords or patent classification codes

Note: The amount of custom project support you can receive depends on your subscription.
