Help: PitchBook Premium Connector: Rogo setup guide

Not a PitchBook customer?
To connect and use the PitchBook Premium Connector, you need:
- A seat-based, unlimited, or PitchBook trial license.
- Single sign-on (SSO) credentials. For more information about PitchBook’s SSO steps, visit our Help Center article Getting started with single sign-on (SSO).
Ready to get started?
With Premium Connector access, you get:
- 150 tool calls per hour – In any 60-minute window, you can make up to 150 individual requests to pull PitchBook data.
- 300 tool calls per day – Across a full 24-hour period, you have 300 total requests to pull PitchBook data.

1. Reach out to your Rogo representative to request that PitchBook Premium be enabled. Their team will enable the connector on their side for your workspace.
2. Once Rogo confirms the Premium Connector is enabled, open a chat with Rogo.
3. Select your name in the bottom left corner. Select Account Settings.
4. From the Connectors tab, locate PitchBook MCP.
5. Select Connect.
6. Log in to your PitchBook account through the pop-up. PitchBook data will now be available in Rogo.
Note: The Premium Connector stays connected for up to 30 days of inactivity. If it disconnects, Rogo will show a pop-up on the landing page inviting you to reconnect.
