AI is changing e-commerce with virtual influencers 

As generative AI continues to sweep across the VC landscape, the e-commerce sector is no exception. Investment in product search technology increased 3x in Q2 2024 from a low Q1 base, according to our latest Emerging Tech Research report, which reflects companies committing to enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.

While humans can make mistakes that cloud a brand’s image, virtual personas give advertisers more control.
