Accel-KKR buys SugarCRM

Accel-KKR has acquired SugarCRM, the operator of a customer relationship platform for the manufacturing, business services and financial services industries, with the Silicon Valley Business Journal reporting the investment is worth at least $100 million. SugarCRM had raised nearly $120 million in VC from the likes of NEA and DFJ, reaching a valuation of about $166 million in 2012.
