Medical cannabis startup Sanity scores $22M Series A

Sanity Group has raised $22 million in a round led by Calyx and HV Holtzbrinck Ventures. The funds will be used to help make the Berlin-based company's products more accessible to consumers. Founded in 2018, Sanity Group is divided into two business units: Sanatio Pharma, a developer of medical cannabis therapies and pharmaceuticals, and wellness brand Vaay.
