Shorebank Capital General Information

Description

ShoreBank Capital Corporation (CapCorp) was a wholly owned subsidiary of Shorebank (SBK). The firm was formed as a result of the merger of two other SBK subsidiaries ShoreBank BIDCO and The Neighborhood Fund. On June 29, 2012, ShoreBank Capital went out of business as per its Chapter 11 liquidation filing under bankruptcy. The company has been inactive for several years, and is no longer either a business and industrial loan company or an SBIC.
