The Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA) is a public pension fund based in Montgomery, Alabama. The plan was established in 1939 to provide benefits to qualified persons employed by state-supported educational institutions. RSA manages investment and pensions for the Alabama Employee Retirement System, Teachers Retirement System, Public Education Employees' Health Insurance Plan and Judicial Retirement Fund.
