Dr. Giora Yaron is a Co-Founder & serves as Board Member at Qwilt. Dr. Yaron co-founded & served as Chairman at Equalum. Dr. Yaron is a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman of the Board at Siraj Technologies. He serves as a Board Observer at amplifAIr. He was a Co-Founder of Excelero. Previously, he served as Chairman at Excelero. He serves as a Board Member and Chairman of Amdocs's Technology And Innovation Committee. He is a Co-Founder and also serves as Chairman at Itamar Medical. He served as Chairman of the Executive Board at Tel Aviv University Endowment. He served as the Founder of Comsys Communication & Signal Processing. He co-founded and served as Chairman at Prolify. In addition, he serves as Chairman of the BOD for Mercury (NASDAQ: MERQE), as well as the Chairman of the BOD for Yissum (the commercialization company of the Hebrew University) and sits on the Board of Governors and Executive committee of the Hebrew University, Israel. Before these undertakings, from 1992-1995, he was President of Indigo NV, leading the company to a NASDAQ IPO exceeding $1B in market capitalization. Before Indigo, he served as Corporate Vice President of National Semiconductor and General Manager of its Israeli operations with worldwide responsibility for its Embedded CPU business. He holds a Ph.D. in Device Physics from the Hebrew University. He is an Investor at Hyperwise Ventures.
