Doris Duke Charitable Foundation (DDCF) is an independent non-profit foundation based in New York City, New York. Established in 1996, the mission of the foundation is to improve the quality of people's lives through grants supporting the performing arts, environmental conservation, medical research, and child well-being, and through the preservation of the cultural and environmental legacy of Doris Duke's properties. The agency supports four national grant-making programs, the Arts Program, the Child Well-being Program, the Environment Program, and the Medical Research Program. The assets of the foundation are managed and administered by the executive management team.
