Description
Indiana Public Employees' Defined Benefit Account (PERF DB) is a cost-sharing, multi-employer, and defined-benefit public pension based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Established in 1945, the fund provides provide retirement, disability, and survivor benefits to full-time employees of the State of Indiana not covered by another plan. There are two tiers to the PERF DB plan, the Public Employees' Defined Benefit Plan (PERF Hybrid Plan) and the My Choice: Retirement Savings Plan for Public Employees (My Choice). The assets are managed by the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS).
