Adyen founders to cut stakes by 15%

The founders of Dutch fintech payments processor Adyen are selling 15% each of their stakes estimated to be worth a combined €320 million, per Reuters. Pieter van der Does and Arnout Schuijff launched the company in 2006, alongside other entrepreneurs, and took the business public last year. Adyen generated revenues of €221.1 million in 1H 2019 and EBITDA of €125.8 million.
