IWG to ship Swiss biz in €109M deal

WeWork rival IWG has agreed to sell its Swiss business to J. Safra and the Peress family for 120 million Swiss francs (around €109 million). The deal includes 38 flexible co-working spaces in Switzerland. IWG divested its units in Japan and Taiwan earlier this year for £320 million and £22.7 million respectively.
