Monitor Clipper Exiting Mortgage Software Provider

Mortgage Cadence, a loan origination software company backed by Monitor Clipper Partners, has agreed to be acquired by Accenture (NYSE: ACN). Mortgage Cadence offers software solutions based around a customizable rules engine that can adapt to various business and lending needs. Monitor Clipper completed a recapitalization of the company in June 2010. While backed by the PE firm, Mortgage Cadence acquired Prime Alliance Solutions, a mortgage technology company focused on the credit union industry, in June 2012.
