Established in 1908, BOB Capital Markets is SEBI registered Category I Merchant Bank based in Mumbai, India, and is also a member of both the premier exchanges in India. The bank provides investment banking services, wealth management, and retail and institutional broking along with integrated financial services to its clients. BOBCAPS offers the entire spectrum of financial services that include initial public offerings, private placement of debt, corporate restructuring, business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, project appraisal, and loan syndication transactions. BOBCAPS also undertakes advisory services on securitization and structuring of Debts. BOB Capital Markets is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank of Baroda.
