Description

Carillion PLC offers support, financing, and construction services. It provides maintenance, facilities management, and energy services for major buildings and large property estates. In addition, the company delivers infrastructure services for roads, railways, and utility networks. Carillion has four operating segments: support services (majority of total revenue), public private partnership projects, Middle East construction services, and construction services (excluding the Middle East). Carillion arranges funding for public-private partnership projects to deliver buildings and infrastructure. Construction services are primarily offered through large contracts for public and private-sector customers. The United Kingdom accounts for the majority of sales.
