Mr. Shlomo Kramer is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at Cato Networks. He serves as Board Member at Exabeam and At-Bay. He served as the Founding Investor at Alicanto. He is also a Co-Founder and member in Board of Director of the company. He also served as Board Member at Gong. Shlomo has been honored with various awards, including CEO of the Year by SC Magazine in 2008, one of 20 luminaries who changed the network industry by Network World in 2006 and was inducted into the InfoSec Hall of Fame in April 2013. He is a Co-founder of Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) and Imperva (IMPV). He is a Board director and founding investor in a number of security, fin-tech and software companies, including Indegy, Sumo Logic, and Insert Mobile. Shlomo's previous investments include WatchDox (BBRY), Lacoon (CHKP), Hyperwise (CHKP), SkyFence (IMPV), Palo Alto Networks (PANW), Trusteer (IBM), Worklight (IBM), Business Layers (CA) and Digital Fuel (VMware). He holds an MS (Master of Science) in Computer Science from Hebrew University. He also has a BS (Bachelor of Science) in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.
