Description

Dr. Frederic Moll is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Auris, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer. He also serves as Advisor at ForSight Robotics. He serves as Chairman at Cephea. He serves as Chairman & Advisor at Moon Surgical. He is a Board Member of MIVI Neuroscience. He serves as a Board Member at Potrero. He also serves as Advisor & Co-investor at Ceros Capital Markets. Prior to Auris, he co-founded Hansen Medical and served as Chief Executive Officer from 2002 - 2010. Previously, he co-founded Intuitive Surgical Inc., a medical device company, and served as first Chief Executive Officer and later as a Vice President and Medical Director. He co-founded Origin Medsystems, Inc., a medical device company, which later became an operating company within Guidant Corporation, a medical device company, following its acquisition by Eli Lilly in 1992. He served as Medical Director of Guidant's Surgical Device Division until November 1995. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, an M.S. degree in Management from the Stanford University, and an M.D. degree from the University of Washington.
