Mr. Jason Corsello is the Founder and serves as General Partner at Acadian Ventures. He served as Advisor at Mighty. He also serves as an Executive Partner at Thomas H. Lee Partners. He have been a researcher, industry analyst, consultant and operating executive. From 2011 to 2018, he was part of the executive team at Cornerstone OnDemand [NASDAQ: CSOD] as SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development. There, he worked with amazing colleagues around the world. In seven years, we grew the company from 300 to nearly 2,000 employees and expanded the business from $50 million in ARR to more than $500 million in ARR. In 2014, we launched the $30-million Cornerstone Innovation Fund, one of the first SaaS-based corporate venture capital funds, where we realized successful exits with Portfolium (acquired by Instructure), RallyTeam (acquired by Workday), and Workpop (acquired by Cornerstone). My anti-portfolio at Cornerstone includes Glint, Gusto, and Degreed. Before Cornerstone, he spent nearly five years doing management consulting for clients such as Nike, Dell, and Starbucks on HR transformation initiatives for a firm acquired by Alight Solutions. Previously, he was an industry analyst for three years at Yankee Group Research, where I first learned how to size markets, assess product and technologies, and evaluate management teams.
