Emory University Investment Management General Information
Description
Emory University Investment Management is an endowment based in Atlanta, Georgia. The purpose of EIM is to facilitate the missions of Emory University, Emory Healthcare, and The Carter Center by investing the endowment for the dual purpose of meeting today's spending needs for programs while preserving real purchasing power in perpetuity. Growth of the Endowment through real investment return that exceeds spending over the long term will provide financial assistance towards Emory's strategic plans and enhance the institution's ability to meet its goals. The assets are managed by the executive management team, with oversight from the Investment Committee of the Board of Trustees.
