2. Exits and valuations impacted by internationalisation of startups and corporate investors

Martin Haemming, Adjunct Professor at CeTIM and Global Network Partner at GLORAD, will be presenting on the internationalisation of startups and its impact on exits and valuations.
He will also be moderating a panel discussion on the performance impact of global startups and corporate investors right after this presentation.
3. Diversity in private markets: how far have we really come?

This panel discussion will be led by Hanna Naima McCloskey, Founder and CEO of Fearless Futures, Jill Henn, Director of Human Resources at KKR, Dianne Remanous, Global Head of HR at Pantheon Ventures, Deborah Okenla, Founder and CEO of YSYS, and Charmaine Hayden, VC Partner at GOODsoil Venture Capital.
The group will be discussing how many GPs have a strategy around diversity and inclusion or are working on implementing one, as well as how the industry can better attract, develop and retain top female talent.
With more than 2,500 limited partners, general partners and service providers—including PitchBook—expected to attend the four-day event, it’s the networking event of the year for private equity and venture capital.
