Mr. Eric Chen serves as Partner at OVO Fund. He also serves as Venture Advisor at Think+. He also is an Angel Investor and Founded UJ Ventures. Previously, he served as Venture Partner at WI Harper Group. Mr. Chen is responsible for portfolio management and investment activities in information technology companies. Prior to joining WI Harper in 2005, Mr. Chen was a Vice President at Hina Group, a China-focused merchant banking firm, where he originated, structured and executed a number of investment and M&A transactions in the semiconductor, IT services and Internet sectors in China. In addition to Hina Group, Mr. Chen participated in a number of IPOs for Asian technology companies while he worked as a member of Salomon Brothers' Investment Banking Group. Mr. Chen has also had substantial operating experience in the software industry. Mr. Chen served as Director of Asia Business Development for E2open, a Silicon Valley supply chain software startup and a pioneer of the on-demand software model. Mr. Chen earned an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University School of Engineering.
