The top portion of the search results page, known as the header, provides quick access to common actions. It also allows you to see your search criteria and make quick adjustments to refine your results.
The example below shows the search results of a saved and shared Companies & Deals search. However, all search results headers share a similar layout. The numbers in this image correspond with the definitions below.
1. Search Title – You can customize your search title from the header, which is helpful if you plan to return to the search in the future or share it with coworkers. To do so, click on the current title, and a textbox will appear.
2. Search Results Count – Next to the title, see a count of the results for the search results tab you are viewing. For example, you will see the number of company results when viewing the Companies tab and the number of deal results on the Deals tab. Learn more about search results tabs in the Results ribbon section of this article.
3. Ellipses – The three-dot menu next to alerts gives you access to various key actions, including the ability to add the search to a Workspace, add a note, duplicate the search, and leave or delete the search.

A saved list is a set, static collection of entities.
