Aisling, Court Square to sell Medical Knowledge Group to Novo in $1.1B+ deal

Court Square Capital Partners and Aisling Capital have agreed to sell Medical Knowledge Group, a provider of marketing services to biopharma companies, to life sciences investor Novo Holdings, with Axios reporting the deal has an enterprise valuation of $1.15 billion. Court Square acquired New York-based MKG in 2020 from WindRose Health Investors at a reported enterprise value of about $330 million.
