Help: Navigating the PitchBook sidebar
In this article, learn how to navigate the left-hand sidebar on the PitchBook Platform.
As you work throughout the PitchBook Platform, you’ll always find a navigation sidebar on the left side of the page. This sidebar helps you locate the various features available in PitchBook. In this article, we’ll walk you through what you’ll find in each section of the sidebar and show you where to learn more about our features.

Depending on your preference, you can view the sidebar in either an expanded or collapsed view. Simply tap Collapse at the top to minimize the sidebar, then tap the arrow to fully open it again.
When the sidebar is expanded, tap the down caret to explore all the tools available in each section. We’ll remember your preferences for next time, meaning you can configure your sidebar to show the sections you use and minimize those you don’t.
